Kay

Born and raised in Dayton, OH, Kay spent most of her time dedicating herself to community outreach, education, and events. After living in Reno, Nevada for a period, she decided in 2023 she needed a change and made her way back east to Nashville, TN, where she quickly found her new home and community.

It was here that she found her love for wedding planning through assisting with weddings on the weekends. She realized how much she loved the planning process and the beautiful chaos on the day of the event, which eventually led her to pursue this work full-time. Kay knew she wanted to dedicate herself to bringing couples’ dreams to life through day-to-day coordination and management.

Kay uses her outgoing personality to bring excitement, sharp organization, and decisive problem-solving to every wedding day she faces. With her positive approach, she believes no problem is too big, too small, or too complicated. Kay looks at every day as an opportunity to learn and improve, and tackles every wedding with this same growth mindset, ensuring a seamless experience for her couples.

Her favorite wedding moments are those fleeting instances you can only capture with your mind—where time stops, and everyone is focused purely on the love between her couples.
